Frame and Structural Repair
When the damage goes past the panels, the structure underneath has to be put right before anything else is worth doing. We do frame and structural work here rather than sending it out, and the vehicle gets road tested before it goes back to you.

Glass Replacement
All of our glass work is done here rather than sent out to a glass shop, because sending it out was too inconvenient for customers. Windshields, back glass, door glass, any glass in the vehicle. We replace rather than repair chips, because a chip repair is rarely worth what it costs you in time.

Powersports and Side by Sides
Side by sides and similar machines, including full colour changes. The same paint work and the same standards as anything else that comes through the shop, on a body that most collision shops will not take on.

You choose the shop, not your insurer
When you file a claim, most insurers will offer you a list of their own approved shops and make it awkward to pick anything else. You are not required to use them. You can choose any shop you want, and you can tell them you are bringing it to us.
We advocate for our customers to the end of it. We have involved lawyers and the Louisiana Department of Insurance when that is what it took to get a repair done properly.

Yes. We work with all major carriers. We cannot legally file the claim for you, but we help you file it, handle the estimate and supplement process, and deal with the adjuster directly. Note that your insurer cannot make you use one of their approved shops.
Nothing. Estimates are free. Bring the vehicle by during business hours or call and we will get you scheduled.
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. We give you a realistic timeline when we write the estimate, and we call you if anything changes.
Yes. We match to your factory paint code and blend into adjacent panels where needed so the repair does not stand out.
Yes, and we do it here rather than sending it out. Windshields, back glass and door glass, on their own or as part of a collision repair. We replace glass rather than repairing chips.
Yes. We have taken on motorhomes, travel trailers and campers, including collecting a customer vehicle from storage, repairing and painting it, and returning it while the owner was out of the country.
Yes. Work trucks, vans and fleet vehicles are all welcome, and we will schedule around your working week so the vehicle is off the road for as little time as possible.
Yes. We help you set up the rental, schedule it, and pick it up and drop it off for you, so you are not left without a vehicle while the work is being done.
